| 摘 要： | 青年思想政治工作的开展,既是企业改革发展的需要,也是企业共青团工作的重要组成部分。面对当代青年中存在的政治淡漠、政治信仰分化、人生价值观向个人主义、拜金主义和享乐主义倾斜、对改革深层次的疑虑与隐忧有所增加等主要问题,要巩固党在青工中的群众基础,就必须在青年思想政治工作的内容、方法、形式、手段等方面进行有效的创新。
