| 摘 要： | WTO规则对农业产业化龙头企业在技术水平、国际标准化的全面质量管理、食品卫生和安全等方面提出了更高的要求.农业产业化龙头企业必须从慎重选择农业产业化项目和农业产业化龙头产品、实施品牌战略、技术创新管理以及人力资源管理和建立行业自律组织等方面进行发展管理创新.

| Abstract: | WTO Rules demand higher standards for the leading enterprises in industrialized agricultures in terms of technology, international standardized overall quality control, foodstuff sanitation and foodstuff safety. The leading enterprises must be cautious about choosing industrialized agriculture projects and leading products. The strategy of branded products should be employed. At the same time, development and management innovation should be conducted in areas in relation to technology management and manpower resources management and the trade self-discipline organizations shonld be set up. |
