| 摘 要： | 与深圳、浦东明显不同的是,天津滨海新区是在原有的若干行政区和功能区的基础上形成的。这些原本已有一定特色的区域,在滨海新区的发展提升为国家战略并呈现出较为突出的产业集聚优势后,如何做到既保持功能区特色,又能够相互促进,实现共赢和整体协调发展,是需要从理论和实践上予以解答的问题。

| Abstract: | Dffierent from both of the Areas of Shenzhen and Pudong New Areas,Tianjin Binhai New Area is formed on the basis of some already existed and featured administrative districts or economic functional districts.The major tasks for these districts are to keep their advantages and competitive edge in line with the development of Tianjin Binhai New Area which has been promoted to be the national strategy,and develop simultaneously and harmoniously for a win-win result in the process of industrial clusters.This issue needs to be answered both by theory and practice. |
