| Abstract: | There is a comparison of performance concerning barriers between trade and investment. In addition this paper investigates in details into the barrier s of foreign investors in China. As a result it has signaled the coming of a gre at challenge of TRIMs to the legislation of foreign investment in China and severa l suggestions are brought forward about some remedies for the defect of justice and administration. |
