| 摘 要： | 1931年和1935年的两次特大水灾,使汉江中下游地区的农村经济遭受空前破坏。为扭转农业日趋萧条的局面,在国内工商界和农业院校的推动下,南京国民政府和湖北地方政府在汉江流域修复水利设施、推广优良品种、建立合作组织、整顿田赋积弊,这一系列农业改良措施,使处于困境中的汉江流域农村经济得到短暂的恢复,为全民族抗战准备了一定的物质基础。

| Abstract: | The two deluges in 1931 and 1935 destroyed the agricultural economy of middle and lower reaches of Han River(Hanjiang) in an unparalleled scale. Impulsed by business circles and agricultural academies, Nanjing central government and Hubei provincial local government actualized a series of reformation to recover the gradually deteriorate of agriculture, such as resume of equipments of irrigation works, popularization of better growing breeds, setting up corporative organization, and neatening of corrupting in taxes system.
