| 摘 要： | 通过对自然法概念的梳理,基于自然法作为评判实在法好坏的道德标准这一意义,肯定了中国自然法思想的存在,进而对中西方的自然法思想从价值取向、主要特征等方面入手进行了深入的比较分析,以探寻两种不同法律文化之间的深层差异.
