教师专业化发展的背景、问题与展望

摘    要:国家政策的拉动、师范教育的演进、少子化以及财富效应等都呼唤优质的教育供给,它们共同成为推进教师专业发展的客观背景,而师范教育内部的问题和各级各类师资培养缺乏制度性整合以及师资培养与社会任用机制的不匹配,造成优质师资供给与社会要求的不相适应,这给教师专业化带来了挑战和机遇。

Abstract:The demand for high-quality education generated by national policy,evolution of teacher education,lower birth rate and wealth effect,serves as the background of teachers' specialization development.However,the supply of high-qualified teachers can not meet the demands of the society,which is caused by problems in teacher education itself,lack of systematic integration in various teachers' trainings at different levels and the incompatibility between teachers' training and social appointment mechanism.As a result,there are both challenges and opportunities for teachers' specialization.
