我国人口老龄化问题的研究

随着我国人口老龄化程度的日益加深,老龄化对社会发展产生的影响也日益严重。要切实有效地解决人口老龄化带来的各种社会问题,首先,必须在全社会树立正确的老龄观,构筑符合老年人生存的社会伦理环境;其次,采取措施建立小城镇职工养老保险制度,逐步解决农村老年人的社会保障和医疗保障问题;第三,重视老年学的教育和研究,使老龄社会健康化。

On the Study of Phenomenon of Aged Population

With the degree of the aged phenomenon becoming more serious in our country,it has gradually affected the development of society.In order to solve effectively different social problems aroused by aged population,firstly,one should form correct viewpoint on aged people among the whole society,and establish social ethical environment according with survival of aged people;secondly,one should apply measures to establish endowment insurance system for people in small town and solve gradually social insurance and hospitalization insurance for aged people in the country;thirdly,one should pay attach importance to the education and research of aged people and make aged society health.
