山东谘议局与辛亥革命

19世纪末 2 0世纪初 ,清政府发起了筹备立宪运动 ,山东谘议局应运而生。山东谘议局的成立没有达到预期目的 ,终于被辛亥革命的汹涌浪潮所淹没。随之作为新生事物出现的山东各界联合会也最终不敌封建势力的颠覆活动 ,仓皇收场。透过这些政治机构的更替 ,顽固派、立宪派和革命派之间斗争妥协的过程 ,已清晰可见

Shandong Consultation Bureau and the 1911 Revolution

In late 19 th and early 20 th century,Shandong Consultation Bureau came into being when the Qing Government prepared the constitution movement.The Bureau did not reach its anticipated goal,but was swept by the waves of the 1911 Revolution.Then there appeared the Shandong Association of All Circles,which was also defeated by the sabotaging acts of the feudal forces.From the changes,we can see clearly the process of struggle and compromise among the die hard,constitutional and revolutionary forces.
