| 摘 要： | 民族权利法律保障机制作为一个人造系统,目的性是其重要特征之一。民族权利法律保障机制目的是多元的。民族权利法律保障机制的目的对要素、结构和功能有着重要的影响。研究民族权利法律保障机制的目的,对于民族权利法律保障机制的设立和完善,不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且具有立法、行政执法和司法的价值。

| Abstract: | The aim is one of important feature of the lawful ensured mechanism for the rights of the minority because it is regarded as a man-made system.The aims of the law ensured mechanism for the rights of the minority are pluralities.The law ensured mechanism for the rights of the minority have important influences to elements,structure and function.The study of the law ensured mechanism for the rights of the minority for the establishment and perfection have not only important theoretic meanings but also legislative,administrative and judicial value. |
