| 摘 要： | 高等学校经费来源多元化已经成为世界多数国家的基本趋势,经过数十年的发展,法国和美国在高等教育经费的筹措上已形成了相对稳定的多元化格局。通过对中、法、美三国高等学校经费来源的比较分析,探究其经费来源的差异,为我国高等学校经费筹措提供借鉴,并提出一些政策性建议。

| Abstract: | It has become a trend in most countries in the world that funding sources of colleges and universities has multiplied.After decades of development,France and United States have succeeded in establishing a relatively stable multiple mode of fund raising for higher education.The paper compares the funding sources of higher education in the three nations of France,United States and China and discusses the differences among them.It then points out what lessons can be learned by China's colleges and universities and finally proposes some opinions on fund raising for China's higher education. |
