| 摘 要： | 新的一轮课程改革已经开始实施,思想政治课在义务教育阶段即将成为历史,回顾历史将有助于全面理解新课程。系统地考察中学思想政治课产生发展的历史,可将其分为史前期、产生形成期、挫折期和改革发展期四个阶段。思想政治课形成发展的历史说明:思想政治课是党和国家意志的体现,其地位和作用是不可取代的;坚持思想政治课的惟一出路在改革;新的思想品德课是思想政治课历史发展的逻辑归宿。

| Abstract: | The course of P.E in compulsory education will soon be replaced by the course of ethic education.Systematic investigation on the four stages of the history of P.E course in compulsory education,ie.the pre-history stage,the stage of emergence,the stage of setbacks and the stage of development,indicates that P.E course embodies the willpower of the Party and the country and is unreplaceable.The fundamental way out for P.E lies in course reforms.Moral education is the logical outcome of P.E in its history of development. |
