在这个世纪之交俄国出现的民族主义思潮是后冷战时代重要的社会现象。俄国民族主义思潮包括两方面内容 :一是如何处理苏联遗留下来的民族遗产以及苏联解体带来的民族意识危机等问题 ,二是全球化时代西方社会对俄国民族问题的解读甚至干预、世界主流民族主义理论的发展对俄国民族主义现实状况所带来的挑战。俄国学术界处理民族主义问题常立足于民族传统文化 ,对解释国内民族主义问题有相当的说服力 ,但又限制了俄国民族主义思想进入国际主流学术界

Re-Building the Values of Nation-State:A Study of the Ideological Trend of Nationalism in Contemporary Russia

The ideological trend of nationalism that emerged in Russia in the turn of centuries is a significant social phenomenon in the post cold war times. The trend is composed of two aspects. One is how to deal with the nationality legacy left behind by the Soviet Union and the crisis of nationality consciousness brought with the disorganization of the Soviet Union. The other is the challenge to the existing Russia's nationalism, resulting from the Western approach or even intervention to ethnic problems in Russia and the development of the mainstream theories on nationalism in the times of globalization. The fact that Russian scholars' attitude toward nationalism is usually rooted in their traditional culture has considerable persuasion in interpreting nationalism in the country, but impedes the access of the Russian nationalist thought to the mainstream academic circle at the global level.
