| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是同失调社会、畸形社会和不公平社会根本相对立的一种良性社会形态,它作为中国现代化的目标模式具有丰富而深刻的内涵与特征。要有效地构建和谐社会和落实科学发展观,需要正确认识两者之间的基本关系,依据构建和谐社会的基本目标和要求来确定科学发展观的落实方略与环节。

| Abstract: | A harmonious society is a good social form in sharp contrast with a disordered society,a deformed society or an unfair society.As the goal of China's modernization,it has rich connotations and typical traits.Building a harmonious society and implementing the scientific concept of development relies on a correct understanding of their basic relationship,and the implementation policy of the scientific concept of development must follow the goal and requirements of building a harmonious society. |
