探析历史成因促进公民政治素质提高

公民作为社会主义和谐社会建设的主体,必须具有相应的现代政治素质。但是当下中国一些社会成员中严重存在的政治参与意识、法治意识、监督意识等淡薄以及参政能力低下等问题与社会主义和谐社会建设还很不相适,因此必须着重提高公民整体的素质水平。为此首先必须分析影响公民政治素质水平的历史成因,根据我国国情有针对性地培养公民的政治素养,促进社会主义和谐社会理想的实现。

Analyzing the Historical Reasons to Promote the Political Qualities of the Citizens

Citizens should promote their modern political qualities for building the harmonious society.Because their political qualities such as consciousness of the participating in,law,supervisee etc are unbefitting for a harmonious socialism society.So we should analyse the reasons especially the historical causes.
