| 摘 要： | 朋辈心理互助是高校心理健康教育一种特殊的形式,本文在分析了当前高校构建朋辈心理互助体系的意义的基础上,介绍了朋辈心理互助的特点和功能,探讨了如何在高校建立朋辈心理互助体系,包括队伍体系、目标体系、内容体系、方法体系及培训体系,以及有待于进一步解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Peer mutual aid is a unique way of psychological health education at a university.On the base of analyzing the significance of the construction of peer mutual aid system,the characters and the functions of peer mutual aid,the article probes into the question of how to construct the peer mutual aid system,including organization system,objects system,contents system, ways and means system and training system.In addition,the article discusses the problems to be solved in the future. |
