| 摘 要： | 基于战略选择理论分析了经济性规制与企业创新战略选择之间的关系,从不确定性的角度构建出经济性规制对创新战略选择影响机理的概念模型,指出经济性规制的不确定性通过影响竞争的不确定性、消费的不确定性以及企业所有制结构的变化来影响企业创新战略选择。

| Abstract: | Based on the strategic choice theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between economic planning and corporate-level innovation strategy.Considering the uncertainty of environment,the paper has built a theoretical model of how economic planning influences the innovation strategy,and concluded that economic planning influences the innovation strategy through posing an impact on competition uncertainty,consumption uncertainty and the change of ownership structure of the enterprise. |
