| 摘 要： | 目前高校学生会的“官味”气息仍很浓重,扭曲了自我服务、自我管理、自我教育的自治性的本质。要恢复或实现学生会的本来性质,就必须以学生为中心,以维护学生利益为根本宗旨,加强学生会以其自治性一以贯之的组织功能、利益整合功能、指导功能、“参谋”功能建设。
