江苏省中职学校招生管理现状分析

随着中职学校招生规模的不断扩大,江苏省招生管理体制和运行机制中存在的一些问题和弊端也逐渐暴露出来,其中最为突出的就是管理体制不顺、区域间招生管理发展不平衡、地方保护现象严重,招生管理体制改革应该明确指导思想和管理职责、理顺管理体制和管理关系、建立管理平台和保障机制,以此促进中职招生市场理性发展。

Research on the Current Situation on Recruitment Management of Secondary Vocational Schools and the Countermeasures

With the expansion of the enrollment scale, the problems of the recruitment management and operation system have gradually emerged. In particular, the imperfection of system and the lack of recruitment institutions are the most serious problems. The paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the recruitment management, and puts forward some measures solving these problems.
