中国近代研究中国土地问题的开端--《中国土地制度的研究》述评

本文首先介绍了(日)长野郎所著《中国土地制度的研究》1]一书在总体上的结构,即土地制度的沿革、土地分配及所有权问题、土地整理问题、土地课税问题、佃种制度的研究等五大部分。其次,根据各种资料尽可能推究出《中国土地制度的研究》的作者、译者的身世及其生平、成果。最后,对《中国土地制度的研究》作了客观的分析,特别指出该书作者由于受到其世界观及所采用资料等主观、客观诸因素的影响,书中存有许多不尽人意乃至观点错误的地方。

The Beginning of the Research of China's Land Problems in Chinese Modern History--Comment on Research of china's Land System

This paper fist introduced the general structure of the book Research of Chinese Land System written by Japanese Changyelang.The book composed of five parties which are the history of land system,land allotment and property problem,land consolidation problem,land taxation problem and land rent system.Second,according to all kinds of information Itried to study the life experience and the fruits of the author and translator.Inthe end,I made the objective analysis of the book Research of Chinese Land System,especially,I point out the limitation and the wrong viewpoints of the book,which because the author influenced by his world outlook and intormation and other subjective or objective factors.
