摘    要:随着科技的发展,液压传动在工程机械中应用越来越广泛。液压系统作为液压挖掘机的一个重要组成部分,其系统性能及工作质量直接影响到挖掘机的工作效率和可靠性。本文从主泵调节器、液压缸、驱动泵上的单向阀、管路、液压油等几个方面对挖掘机液压系统故障进行分析,总结其对整台挖掘机的影响,并给出排出故障的方法。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology,the application of hydraulic drive in engineering machinery is used more widely,Hydraulic pressure system is a important component of digging machine,whose system function and job mass have direct impact to efficienty and reliability on a digging machine.The breakdown was analysed from several aspects such as the main pump regulator,the hydraulic cylinder,backpressurre valve of driving pumps,piping and hydraulic power oil,and the ways to remove the faults were given in the paper.
