A Study of Sino-Korean Enterprise Cooperation in Shangdong Peninsula

Ten years has passed since the beginning of Sino-Korean enterprise cooperation. There are pleasures of success and lessons of frustration. The paper tries to an alyse these problems from micro and macro aspects. It discusses the feasibility and the inevitability of the cooperation and summarizes the impacts on and confl icts among the joint ventures of both sides. It provides some predictions for th e next steps of cooperation and development. Sino-Korean joint ventures will hav e a bright future.
