| Abstract: | Even though M&A has become an energetic strategy in TNcs for their rapid development in China, many end up with failures. Some researchers think that integration is the key factor for the successful cross border M&A. This paper analyzes the necessity and content of post M&A integration by TNcs after entrying into China by M&A. Then this paper argues that systematic integration is very important in cross border M&A in China. |
