| 摘 要： | 经过理论分析、专家打分、指标优化及参数修正等过程确立了包括创新意识、知识水平、创新环境、创新素质、标志成果等具体指标的评价体系，以及各指标下属项目、相应权重和计算方法，对大学生科技创新活动高效可持续开展提供具体的理论依据并给予指导。
