关于提高高职学生就业能力的思考

伴随着1999年后高校的不断扩大招生,今后几年内大学毕业生的人数仍将持续增加,毕业生的就业压力越来越大,高职学生的就业问题显得尤为突出。文章就此对就业能力的内涵及其高职学生就业能力的现状进行了深入的分析,高等职业教育应该为适应市场需求准确定位,进一步明确培养目标;加强专业建设,办出特色;对高职学生加强就业指导,把就业能力培养贯穿高等职业教育人才培养的全过程。

Reflection on Improving Employment Ability of Students from Higher Vocational Colleges

With the constant college expansion since 1999,the number of college graduates will continue to increase in the future years,and graduates will face more employment pressure,of which employment problem of students of higher vocational colleges seems to be extremely prominent.Therefore,the article analyzed profoundly on the concept of employment ability and the current situation of these students.It pointed out that higher vocational education should orient itself correctly to meet the market requirement and further make sure its developing goals,it should strengthen the construction of specialties with characteristics,enhance vocation guidance and put the development of employment ability into the course of the cultivation of higher vocational talents.
