| 摘 要： | 文章从 2 0世纪 30年代美国经济大危机的成因入手 ,分析了世界上最早的反垄断法的演进过程 ,认为反垄断法的产生和发展不仅具有深刻的社会经济根源 ,适应了国家职能发展的要求 ,更引起了整个法律体系的变化 ,推动了整个法律体系的发展。

| Abstract: | The article, from analyzing the causes of the Great Depression in 1930's in the US, describes the gradual progression of the anti-trust act, the earliest one in world. The author believes that the rise and development of the act not only has its social and economic roots, meeting the requirement of development of state function, but also causes the changes in the whole legal system and promotes the development of whole system. |
