| 摘 要： | 唐修《晋书》由于大量取材于小说的缘故,自成书之日起就受到许多学者的诟病。其实,《晋书》采用大量的小说史料,可以使叙事风韵摇曳,人物精神生动,犹如“颊上三毫”,体现了小说史料在《晋书》修撰中的“细节”意义。更为重要的是,在重大历史事件的叙述中,《晋书》作者也艺术地运用小说史料,那些看似闲散之笔的小说史料,正是曲折隐晦地反映历史真相的珍贵细节。《晋书》对小说材料的取舍,有着深刻的意义,这或许正是《晋书》作者的“春秋笔法”。总之,《晋书》中的小说史料可以使历史叙述更圆通、更完整,正像是“肉死象之白骨”,其重要性不言而喻。

| Abstract: | Jin Shu (The Book of Jin) has ever been criticized for the richness of artistic details taken from popular legends and stories. By using these details, however, historiographers realized a vivid and vigorous narrative. Besides, by handling these details artistically, historiographers managed to reflect historical realities in a roundabout but truthful way. The meaning of such selection and manipulation of artistic details in Jin Shu is profound. Such a historical narrative is only more complete and reasonable. |
