| 摘 要： | 分析医学检验教育的现状,对于如何适应21世纪对医学检验人才素质、能力和知识结构的要求,提出了从课程体系、教学内容和教学方法等几方面着手进行改革的思路,旨在建立有利于医学检验创新人才培养的教学体系,提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the education situation of laboratory medicine specialty.With regard to the requirements of the quality,the ability and the knowledge structure of the talents in medical laboratory specialty in 21st century,the article proposes the reform of the curriculum system,the course content and the teaching method and so on.The goal lies in the establishment of teaching system to cultivate innovation talents of the laboratory medicine,and improve the teaching quality. |
