后冷战时代中日关系转型的思考

进入后冷战时代，中日关系呈现出前所未有的复杂态势，中日关系处于关键的历史的过渡期和转型期，进入了一个摩擦与协调、竞争与合作共存的时代。影响中日关系曲折变化的一个重要因素是日本政府谋求政治大国的强烈愿望与“联美抑华”的战略选择；日本对“东亚地位”动摇的担心而误读中国，进而放大“中国强大”的消极后果；日本强化美日同盟关系，进而加剧中日两国间认同对立等等，面对瞬息万变的国际形势和地区形势，双方必须具备与时俱进、寻求双赢的气度，努力寻找和扩大两国利益的交汇点。

Transformation of Sino-Japanese Relations in Post-Cold War Period

In post-cold war period, Sino-Japanese relations showed an unprecedentedly complicated state and entered a crucial historical period of transition and transformation, when friction and coordination, competition and cooperation coexisted. The important factors that caused the twists and turns in the relations was the strong desire of the Japanese government to seek a big political power and its strategic choice of the policy of ＂the alliance with the US and suppression of China＂. In its worry over the falter of its ＂East Asia position＂, Japan misread China and farther amplified the negative effect of ＂a powerful China＂. Japan strengthened its relation of alliance with the US and antagonized the cognition and soon between the two countries of China and Japan. Confronted with the fast changing international and regional situations, the two parties should keep abreast with the time, magnanimously seek for a win-win phase and try their best to find and broaden the common point of interest of the two countries.
