| 摘 要： | 阐述了国有资产管理体制改革的必要性,分析了我国现行国有资产管理中存在的问题,指出要按照十六大为我国国有资产管理体制改革提出的思路,从建立国有资产管理监督体系等几个方面提出了对策和建议。
