| 摘 要： | 德治属于思想建设,属于精神文明的范畴.在高校后勤社会化改革中,运用德治十分必要,德治的重点是要对后勤员工加强理想信念教育,树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观;德治的核心是全心全意为师生员工服务;实施德治要有一支队伍,实施德治的手段主要靠教育,实施德治要营造一种干事创业的良好氛围,要注重改善后勤员工的生活条件,要树立高校后勤的新形象.
