| 摘 要： | 甘肃独特的地缘和资源状况使其担负着保护生态环境和发展区域经济的双重任务,基于甘肃实际,通过对发达地区民营经济发展的成功经验的总结和产业集聚的效应分析,提出以产业集聚的思路来发展民营经济,是甘肃实现经济发展和环境保护"双赢"目标的理性战略选择.

| Abstract: | The authors hold that Gansu Province, with its special geographical location and abundant natural resources, shoulders the dual responsibility of ecological protection of the overall environment and the economic development of the locality, and basing their studies on this conviction and on a comparative survey of the enterprising modes of the more developed areas, further point out that the rational way of economic development for the province is to focus on certain industries in the private section of the enterprises. |
