"范畴"新论

"范畴"是人们认识掌握世界的思维形式和逻辑工具,也是人们的基本陈述方式和语言表达方式.它至少具有指示、证明、分类、表述等四个基本功能.它首先是知识论层次的,又指向本体论层次,而最终落实于逻辑语言论层次.在思维的范围与适用的领域方面,"术语"、"概念"和"范畴"都有一个从小到大、从窄到广、由低到高的区别;同时,三者又都是人类思维抽象的结晶.因此,三者之间的界限不是绝对的.范畴包含着内在矛盾与能动因素,具有明显的历史性.具体到美学来说,美学是哲学的分支,某些哲学范畴是美学的理论基石或基础性范畴;同时,美学又有低于哲学层次,又属自身专有的范畴.

The first,category is the logic form of thinking to recognize and master the world,and is the basic stating means.So it is in the first place on epistemological level,and on ontological one,and finally on the level of logical language.The second,there is difference in the range of thinking between category and concept or terminology,but they are all the outcome of people's thinking.The third,the development of category is historic,for category comprises inherent contradictory and plays a dynamic role for thinking.The forth,because Aesthetics is a part of philosophy,some philosophical categories are basic aesthetic ones,but there are some aesthetic categories by oneself.
