| 摘 要： | 东北地区法律文化的发展受到政治、经济、法学教育等因素的制约。要克服这些因素,实现法律文化的现代化,我们主要应该通过传统法律文化的现代化、法学家的现代化、法律职业者的现代化和大众法律文化的现代化等途径来完成。

| Abstract: | The development of legal culture in the northeast region is restricted by several factors,such as political economic,law education,etc.To conquer these factors and achieve the modernization of the legal culture,we must adopt the methods of the modernization of traditional legal culture,the modernization of the jurist,the modernization of the people of law and the modernization of the popular legal culture. |
