摘    要:在人文主义教育理念的框架内,教师角色应从两方面进行定位:教师的职业角色和教师的非职业角色。教师角色的正确定位,是教师专业化和教师教育改革的前提。

Abstract:This paper discussed mainly the location of teacher role under educational thought of humanism,and suggested the role of teacher should be located from two sides,one is career role of teacher;the other is the role which is beyond career,at last,it gave the importance of location of teacher role like this.
