| 摘 要： | 随着经济发展和社会进步,人口年龄结构老化是不可避免的,人口年龄结构老化也必然要加重政府和家庭的负担。提高人口素质,增加教育和健康投入,有利于减轻人口年龄结构老化产生的压力,提高生产效率。

| Abstract: | With the economic growth and social development,population aging is the inevitable trend.It results in the increase on public and private expenditure for the elder population,which also constitutes great burden to state and family.Improving population quality,increasing educational and healthcare investment,promoting harmonious development,all these will help to alleviate burden and stress caused by population aging,to further minimize the adverse effect of population aging and to realize productivity elevation. |
