| 摘 要： | 在回顾国内外对学习型企业系统模型和评价指标体系研究现状的基础上，紧扣学习型企业的基本内涵，以系统理论为指导，建立包括主体、客体、工具、平台、保障、目的、效果、反馈几个要素的闭环系统模型。并以此模型为基础构建相应的评价指标体系，利用AHP法确定各级指标的分值。

| Abstract: | This study looks back the status quo of learning enterprise system model and evaluation index system and discusses the basic connotation of learning enterprise. Guided by system theory, a closed-loop system model is established, which includes elements such as subject, object, tools, platforms, security, purpose, effect, and feedback, etc. Based on this model, the evaluation index system is established. AHP is used to determine levels of indicator scores. |
