| 摘 要： | 对广东地区高职高专的发明专利申请情况进行了统计，并对统计结果（申请数量、申请人、发明人、技术领域、核心专利等）进行分析。广东地区高职高专发明专利存在专利强度低、专利维护率不高、失效专利偏多、缺乏国际保护意识、各校间发明专利严重不平衡等问题。针对存在的问题，提出加强知识产权的教育与宣传、重视专利信息文献利用、提高发明专利技术含金量、建立健全高等学校知识产权管理机构等建设。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a statistical analysis to the status quo of the invention patents application in higher vocational colleges of Guangdong. Statistical results such as numbers of applications, applicants, inventors, technical fields, and core patents are analyzed and summarized. Suggestions and recommendations are also made accordingly. |
