论农村寄宿制学校学生适应现状、问题及对策--以陕西西部某寄宿制学校为例

通过对寄宿制学校学生适应问题的调查问卷，数据表明学生在学业适应、人际关系适应和规范适应三个方面存在问题。其原因为学校教育的偏颇、家庭教育的缺位等。学校通过设置适应主题的课程、建设开放的校园环境、开展家校合作，家长树立正确的教育理念和承担相应的教育责任等，两者的结合帮助学生适应学校生活，并在适应的基础上获得发展。

On the current situation,problems and Countermeasures for the Rural Boarding School Students’ Adaptation-Take a Boarding School in Western Shaanxi as an example

Questionnaire data of rural boarding school students’ adaptation show that students can not adapt well in three aspects,i.e.,learning adaptation,interpersonal adaptation and discipline adaptation. These problems are caused by several factors,such as improper school education and absence of family educa?tion,etc. The school should offer courses on helping students to adapt to the environment,construct open cam?pus environment,and promote cooperation between the school and the parents. And the parents should culti?vate correct concept of education,and undertake the corresponding education responsibility. The combination of the efforts from the school and the parents will help students adapt themselves to school life and develop themselves.
