| 摘 要： | 建国60年来湖南农村经济发展历程可以划分为三个阶段:1949～1977年湖南农村经济在曲折中发展,1978～2002年市场化导向的湖南农村经济由速度型向素质型转变,2003年至今城乡统筹中湖南农村经济全面快速发展.建国60年来湖南农村经济发展的基本经验是必须把改革创新作为促进农村经济发展的根本动力,必须尊重农民的意愿、选择和首创精神,必须立足实际实现改革发展稳定相协调,必须以产业化为支撑、县域为切入点推进城乡统筹,必须重视粮食生产、切实依靠科技进步转变农村经济发展方式.
