| Abstract: | A new criteria for nonsingularity of matrices,lower bounds for the rank and in- equalities for eigenvalues of matrices are studied in thins paper.The results of this paper improve the well-known Schur inequality and the Ky Fan-Hoffman inequlity respectively. |
