对我国住房公积金监管机制的思考

当前,我国的住房公积金制度仍存在制度覆盖面不广、对低收入家庭的倾斜程度不够等等问题,尤其是在住房公积金管理中,管理部门内部控制弱化、外部监管不足、地方政府过度干预,风险防范问题长期以来没有引起足够的重视。本文通过对住房公积金管理过程中监管机制存在问题的研究,揭示住房公积金管理中因监管机制缺失产生的问题,提出分散、控制、化解住房公积金管理中监管问题的方法与对策。
