对我国提高妇女地位机制建设的几点思考

国务院妇女儿童工作委员会是我国提高妇女地位的国家机制.本文从国际、国内政治、经济和社会发展背景分析我国国务院妇女儿童工作委员会产生的必然性,概述它在椎进我国实施男女平等基本国策和把性别意识纳入决策主流进程中发挥的作用和取得的经验;同时,针对妇儿工委工作机制尚不完善的实际,对于如何进一步贯彻男女平等基本国策;如何防止性别平等机构边缘化倾向;如何提高该机构的权威性和影响力等问题,提出了几点思考意见.

Reflections on mechanism construction of improving women''''s status in China

The CPC and Chinese Government have always been attaching great importance to women's work. Especially since China adopted open-up and reform policy, Chinese women's existence, development, protection and overall quality have got much improved. All these are largely attributable to China's adhering to Marxist women concept, the practice of the equality of men and women such basic policy, as well as the attention given by the governments at all levels and the whole society. Whereas at the same time, the construction of the committee of women and children's work under various governments and the play of its function is also one of the main reasons.
