模拟企业环境下的经济管理专业实践教学探讨

实践教学是当前高等院校面临的一个重要问题。尤其是经济管理专业常常受到商业机密、实训场地、教学手段等各方面的制约，难以取得理想的实践效果。本文通过提出在经济管理专业构建模拟企业环境的实践教学模式，“将企业搬进课堂”，仿真企业环境，模拟企业真实的管理过程，使学生在学校期间就能到“真实的企业”中体验，从而提高学生的学习兴趣和实践能力。
