延边地区科技服务业的现状及其发展对策

延边地区的科技服务业目前仍处于初始阶段。要想快速发展延边地区的科技服务业,一要进一步优化发展环境,拓宽投资融资渠道;二要实施重点工程,打破发展不均衡局面;三要创新体制,打破部门、行业和地域界限;四要着眼今后发展,培养骨干机构;五要坚持以人为本,强化人才培养引进工作;六要扩大对外开放,深入开展交流与合作。

Present Situation of Technology Service in Yanbian and the Measures for Its Further Development

At present,technology service industry is still at a primary stage in Yanbian Area.In order to accelerate the development of the industry,the following six points should be carried out accordingly： to further optimize the environment for development and broaden the channels for investment and fundings;to focus on the implementation of major projects and end the situation of unbalanced development;to innovate new systems and lift administrative,professional and regional restrictions;to hold firmly to the principle of ＂human first＇ so as to train and bring in more talents;to open more fields to the outside world and strengthen communication and cooperation with parties concerned.
