| 摘 要： | 在现实的依法行政过程中,存在着大量行政自由裁量行为的违法行使。造成这种现象的原因既有来自权力自身的,还有立法、体制、文化等方面的因素。为了实现依法治国,必须从法律的角度探讨治理行政自由裁量权的滥用的对策。

| Abstract: | There exists,in the realistic exercise of legal administration,a great deal of illegal exercise of administratively self-determining activities,the causes for which come not only from the power itself,but also from other respects,such as legislation,system and culture.It is imperative to probe the countermeasures against abusiveness of administratively self-determinig power from legal perspective in order to put governing the country by law into real practice. |
