浅议师生互动策略

摘    要:强调教师在课堂上的主导作用和学生的主体地位 ,分析了学生上课热情不高的原因 ,指出了解决的途径在于采用“启发式”的教学法 ,加强与学生的交流 ,鼓励学生积极参与到课堂活动中来 ;同时 ,论述了课堂教学中对教师的要求与教师间的合作 ,避免教学法单一 ,使学生感受不同教学法之美 ,时常保持新奇和兴奋 ,培养学习兴趣 ,提高学习效率。

Abstract:The paper emphasizes teachers' dominance and students' subjective roles, analyzes the causes of students' indifference in class, indicates that the solution is to strengthen the exchange between students and teachers, to encourage students to actively participate in class activities; It also discusses the requirements for teachers and cooperation among them so as to lead students to enjoy the beauty of different teaching approaches, to keep their minds curious and active, to stimulate the interest in learning and to learn efficiently.
