| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义政治文明1](P11-17)是全面建设小康社会的根本目标和基本任务之一.政治文化,特别是主流政治文化作为政治文明的文化内涵与智力支持,是政治文明的灵魂和政治行为的中心导向,也是社会政治评价的基本标准.因此,政治文化的创新与发展对于政治文明建设具有特别重要的意义.社会主义政治文化的创新与发展需要构建一个体现时代精神的先进政治文化的价值指标体系,需要构建政治文化创新与发展的动力机制.

| Abstract: | Establishing socialist political civilization is one of the basic goals and missions for completely building a well-off society. Socialist political cuture,which is especially the main socialist political culture and acts as cutural connotation and intellectual supports,is the central orientation of the soul of political civilization and political actions.So it is important for establishing a socialist political culture. We must construct a system of advanced socialist political culture for the innovation and development. |
