浅谈刑事法治视野下的反腐败体系改革

新时期推进反腐败体系建设,必须坚持和贯彻刑事法治的底线思维,树立刑事法治原则,推进反腐败法治体系改革,在反腐败中贯彻依法治国原则,进一步深化和加强反腐败工作体系的长效机制。在反腐败体系中应确立刑事法治的三项改革举措:一是推进反腐败法治体系的顶层设计;二是建立包括不动产查询制度在内的公务员财产公开制度;三是加强反腐败法治体系的资源整合。

On the Anti-corruption Reform Under the Vision of Ruling Country by Criminal Law

In order to promote the construction of the anti-corruption system in the new era, ruling country by criminal law must be upheld and the bottom line thinking must be implemented ; principles of criminal law should be established ; ani-corruption system reform should be promoted ; the principle of ruling country by law should be implemented; the system of long-term anti-corruption work mechanisms should be further deepened and strengthened. In the anti-corruption system, ruling country by criminal law should adopt three measures： First, the top-level design of the anti-corruption legal system should be promoted; Second, the system of making civil servants＇property known to the public, including the inquiry system of real estate, should be established ; Third, integrating the resources of anti-corruption legal system should be strengthened.
