| Abstract: | The basic qualities required of the registering personalities in universities are as follows: high political quality, complete devotion to the work, high professional quality, and perfect health condition. These qualities play an important role in the job of students' enrollment. Meanwhile, the main methods to improve the basic quality of the personalities are to strengthen their political theory understanding and develop their professional skills. |
